Human to human spread 1.      Blood or body fluids (urine, saliva, sweat, feces, vomit, breast milk, amniotic fluid, and semen) of a person who is sick with or died from Marburg virus disease.

2.      Objects contaminated with body fluids from a person who is sick with or has died from Marburg virus disease (such as clothes, bedding, needles, and medical equipment).

3.      Semen (persists in testicles and eye)

Clinical features Incubation period: 2-21 days

Day 1: Fever chills and myalgia

Day 5: Rash on trunk. Abdominal pain and diarrhea

Old Symptoms worsen with appearance of jaundice, pancreatitis, severe weight loss, delirium, shock, liver failure, coagulopathy and MODS.
